Shipping labels are where an order stops being a spreadsheet row and becomes a physical parcel. Marketplace seller panels hand you their own branded label, but a surprising share of Indian e-commerce never touches a marketplace: D2C Shopify and WhatsApp orders, wholesale dispatches, gifting businesses and local distributors all need a clean, scannable shipping label with the order ID, the COD amount and the buyer's address in the right places. The layouts match what couriers actually accept. Thermal 4×6 (101.6 × 152.4 mm) is the standard for Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC and every 3PL thermal roll — print at 100% scale with “fit to page” OFF, because shrinking a label distorts barcode bar widths and scanners start refusing codes. A4 4-up is for home and office printers: four labels per sheet with dashed cut guides, so you cut once and stick. The same discipline applies on inkjet or laser — 100% scale, no scaling.
Bulk mode is built for dispatch day. Paste a CSV — one row per order, straight from Excel or your order sheet — with recipient name, address, phone, order ID and COD amount, and up to 100 labels come back as one multi-page PDF with per-row validation (missing fields are reported with their line number instead of silently printing a blank label). Every label gets its Order ID rendered as a Code128 barcode, and COD orders get a bold red collection strip at the bottom so packers see the money before the parcel moves. What this tool deliberately is not: a courier booking integration. Zebra, Dymo, Dell ya koi bhi receipt thermal printer aam taur par 203 DPI (8 dots/mm) par chalta hai. PDF hamesha 100% scale par print karo — "fit to page" / "shrink to fit" OFF rakho, warna barcode ki bar widths distort hoti hain aur scanner code reject kar sakta hai. A4 par laser ya inkjet printer bhi 100% scale se sharp output deta hai.
Kya ye tool courier booking ya live tracking deta hai?
Nahi — ye blank, unbranded template labels banata hai (small sellers aur D2C direct-ship ke liye) jisme order ID ka Code128 barcode embed hota hai. COD amount label par kaise dikhta hai?
COD mode on karke amount daalo — label ke bottom me bold red strip me "COD Rs …" chhapta hai, jo packing team ko sabse pehle dikhta hai. Non-COD orders par strip apne aap skip ho jata hai, layout bigadta nahi.
Barcode aur QR me kya encode hota hai?
